The MCA Main Gallery is centrally located on Main Street Montgomery and is a wonderful location for your next community event, class or workshop, or private function. The historic Greek Revival Hall is a picturesque locale for a wedding, memorial service, business meeting, potluck, seminar, painting workshop, yoga class, and more.

The MCA’s mission now extends into our pricing model as an act of service to help foster equitable access to the arts and create a stronger, more diverse membership community. To honor our mission, we have adopted a tiered fee structure for private classes, workshops, and events. Please review the three pricing tiers listed below to determine your fiscal capacity.

The MCA sponsors programming that is offered for free to the public at no charge to the event host. If you have a free event that you would like to offer to the community, please submit your application for use and we will waive the rental fee.

(Exception: Political campaigning events are not eligible for MCA sponsorship and should refer to the rental rates for use of the space.)

Please review the criteria below to determine which price is right for you.

--All renters must read and sign the Contract for Building Use that will be sent once your application is received. The Contract will further detail the expectations for use of the building and the condition by which you find and leave it.

--If you have an event that meets the mission of the MCA and for which you or your group are willing to split proceeds with the MCA, the Board will consider endorsing the event and will waive the rental fee. If that is the case, please submit an application with a request stating that intent.

---The MCA aims to provide an inclusive and attainable community space. We recognize that our region has a broad fiscal demographic. We offer selective sponsorship for programming hosts. If you feel that you are fiscally unable to pay the above rate but are confident that your service fits the mission of the MCA and would serve to benefit the broader community, please contact the Board about the possibility of sponsorship for your program at montgomerycenterarts@gmail.com. Similarly, the MCA provides scholarships for low-income attendees of classes/workshops (see page 6 of your Contract); if you have a prospective patron who could benefit from financial aid, please request an application by emailing montgomerycenterarts@gmail.com.

**Rates are subject to annual evaluation and may change according to Board vote.**
