Learn how to incorporate several different wild foods/herbs/fungi into some of your favorite foods and drinks, such as hot chocolate, coffee, lemonades, fruit leather, chili, and applesauce, while discussing the herbs’ medicinal properties that relate to chronic disease, a depleted organ system, and how to begin reversing this.  The class includes several samples of mentioned foods and elixirs, as well as step by step demos.  Come ready for some healthy and delicious indulgence. Elliot is the owner of Herbs and Arrows. He is a wilderness and primitive skills instructor, holistic health coach, herbalist, and martial arts instructor.  He has been teaching children ages 4 - teenagers, as well as adults for 15 years.  6 of those years were spent offering homeschool education to his children and the local community in the Champlain Valley of VT.  He is originally from the great town of Montgomery, and currently lives in Enosburg with his wife and two daughters.

Cost: $35 or $50 per couple

Ages 14 and under free
